It's that time of year, Yard of the Month. Congratulations go out to Mr & Mrs Jolly (15458 Country Ridge), who were awarded the winner of May 2012 Yard of the Month!

The Saint Louis County Health Department is holding two Household Hazardous Waste collection events for Saint Louis County residents. Both events will run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The first event is May 5th at Florissant Valley Community College and the second event is June 16 at South County Center.

(Enter the campus from Pershall Road just east of the I-270 Elizabeth Avenue exit. Follow the event signs to the drop-off location.)

The City of Chesterfield is holding the 21st Annual Earth Day Event April 21 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Festival and on-stage entertainment will be inside the Chesterfield Amphitheater at 631 Veteran's Place Drive and the drive-thru recycling collection will be held on the parking lot at Central Park located at 16365 Lydia Hill Drive.

The Board of Trustees is having a meeting this Thursday, February 23 at Kehrs Mill Elementary School in the library at 7:30pm. Homeowners are encouraged to attend as we cover general subdivision business.

The annual assessment along with the January 2012 newsletter was mailed to home owners at the beginning of the year. The lower assessment fee ($115.00) is due to City and Village by January 31, 2012
